Choose to slow down and explore the power of the practice of being present. The retreat begins Thursday afternoon and ends Sunday after brunch. The Dragonfly retreat center is a beautiful 1700′s barn that has been reconstructed and converted into an expansive retreat space surrounded with hundreds of acres of untouched woods, trails, and streams. It’s about 2.5 hours from Boston.

Sleeping accommodations are simple but cozy dorm-style rooms with handcrafted bunk beds equipped with storage drawers and steps to upper bunks. In the cool months, the rooms and floors are heated with radiant hot water. An outdoor hot tub is available to soothe your muscles at the end of the day. The light-filled meditation loft space above the studio has couches, books, and nooks for reading, napping, or meditating. It’s a lovely spot for drinking tea or to share thoughts about the day’s events.

Price is all inclusive: 3 nights accommodations and use of facilities, daily yoga and meditation classes, hiking trips, and healthy and absolutely delicious meals each day, including light breakfast, brunch, afternoon snacks and dinner. Price does NOT include optional kayaking trip or bodywork.
