Move with Grace Self-Care Retreat

I will be hosting a week long retreat at Heartland Meadows just north of Gympie (and not far from where I used to live at the Ranch at Chatsworth) from Sunday 26th February until Saturday 1st March. An opportunity to take time out from your everyday life.

Relax and nourish your spirit, spend time with nature, engage in informative & experiential sessions to deepen your practice move with grace, feel your flow and embody who you be.

There will be delicious nourishing Ayurvedic food by Danielle Gonsal of Abundant Health Ayurveda whom I have known for 10 years.

The retreat activities are gently paced to allow plenty of quiet time to retreat home to yourself surrounded by others in a safe, welcoming cosy place.

The main space for sessions has a beautiful vista overlooking the garden. Full details of the retreat will be up on the website soon.
