We will practice yoga and write in journals, periodically, throughout the class, using the physical practice to facilitate the creative process.

Saturdays in February (7th,14th,21st,28th) from 3:15 to 4:15. Sign up for all four classes or drop-in for one (space permitting)
$100 for four sessions or $30 drop-in
Yoga helps us connect to our core: physically, through exercising the body and spiritually, through stilling the mind chatter. From this centered place, we can connect to our truth, our authentic voice, and move into a place of creativity. Rumi wrote: “The quieter you become the more you are able to hear.” To be effective writers we need to be good listeners, good observers. We do this by becoming grounded and awake in our present moment experience. This workshop is designed to guide students in uncovering their creativity. Students will practice yoga and write in journals, periodically, throughout the practice and, ideally, develop one piece of writing by the end of the series.
