This workshop is designed to work on deeper levels to transform your body’s energy, and enable you to get past physical and psychological blockages in order to enhance your sense of wellbeing.

This workshop is run on Saturday and Sunday, from 9:30am - 5:30pm with an hour and a half lunch beak.

It is a truth widely accepted that exercise is integral for our health and general well-being. Emotional and physical improvements are experienced as a result of regular exercise. Movement with awareness has a profound impact on the body and mind, allowing the two to focus simultaneously on the same point.
Both days open with a short meditation, followed by a breath work (pranayama) practice. This is specifically chosen to compliment the following dynamic asana practice. Afternoon sessions entail a discourse on the theme of movement and its ability to allow us stillness. Each day concludes with a closing practice that will leave you feeling energised, yet calm.
