Movement Medicine - Eco Yoga Retreat

A trop­i­cal private hide­away secluded from the hus­tle and bus­tle of town, yet only a short jour­ney to the heart of Ubud for all your retail ther­apy needs. During our week together we will live in harmony with the earth, practice yoga twice daily together, go deep into the medicine of movement and cultivate a joyous relationship with ourselves. Experience sacred ceremony, sound healing, water blessings, be nourished with organic food, hydrate daily with coconut water and more!

Your Eco Yoga Retreat includes:

- 13 two-​hour Prana Flow yoga /​dance /​move­ment sessions

Teacher Train­ing (optional)
This 36 hour teacher train­ing mod­ule is a Yoga | Dance | Move­ment explo­ration suit­able for exist­ing cer­ti­fied teach­ers and stu­dents work­ing towards their teacher train­ing certificate. On top of our daily prac­tices we will meet for an extra 2 hours per day to dive deep into our indi­vid­ual move­ment poten­tial. Sub­jects include organic sequenc­ing, breath ini­ti­ated move­ment and totally trust­ing the move­ment life force unfold­ing inside of you. Includes a man­ual, a Bali­nese dance class, 36 CPD points and a cer­tifi­cate of completion.

Extras (optional)
Ubud is vibrant hub of all aspects of yoga — from raw food cafes to con­scious yoga cloth­ing com­pa­nies and a com­mu­nity of cre­ative, like-​minded peo­ple. There are many other activ­i­ties avail­able for you to expe­ri­ence in your free time. Prices vary depend­ing on the group size.

Please note that all rooms /​bun­ga­lows come with a dou­ble bed (suit­able for cou­ples /​friends who can share the bed) and a pri­vate bath­room. There are no twin beds avail­able. Fam­ily rooms are avail­able upon request; please con­tact us for these prices.

Visa Infor­ma­tion
Most nation­al­i­ties com­ing to Bali require a visa and as of March 2015 the price was $35USD. The 30-​day tourist visa can be obtained upon arrival and paid for in a vari­ety of cur­ren­cies. Please check with your embassy for up to date and cur­rent infor­ma­tion before travelling.

You will need to fly to Den­pasar air­port and our dri­ver will be wait­ing for you there. Check out Sin­ga­pore Air­lines, Garuda Indone­sia, Emi­rates and Vir­gin Air­lines. You can either fly direct or into one of the major cities such as Sin­ga­pore, Kuala Lumpur or Bangkok and use the low cost air­line Aira­sia to fly to Bali. We are more then happy to help you find your per­fect flight. Please arrive on time to meet at 6pm at the shala for our wel­com­ing practice.
