Rejoice in this relaxing yoga and meditation retreat which will give you the opportunity to slow down from the every day buzz and enjoy the beauty of stillness and inner silence. You will feel reborn after this week in which we will focus on becoming more aware of the different layers of our being; the physical, emotional and mental body. Be introduced to the practices of Yin Yoga and meditation or deepen your practice with the daily yoga and meditation sessions. Experience that moving into stillness is a way to nurture and befriend yourself and awaken to life in a more refreshed and joyful way. Open up to the beauty of the sounds of the ocean and the tropical birds as well as to the beauty of the Balinese people and their way of living as you will also meet the traditional and spiritual way of life in Bali. The Kura Kura staff will be happy to welcome and serve you.

In the morning we’ll engage in a Vinyasa style of asana practice to wake up and stretch the body, whereas in the evening/afternoon session we’ll focus on the more stationary Yin-poses, the energetic body, mindfulness meditation and yoga nidra. Each class will be a combination of meditation, asana, breathing and visualization practices. Practices are suitable for all levels of experience. During the retreat you will have plenty of time to enjoy Kura Kura and it’s surroundings, experience Bali and engage in the Balinese Spiritual way of life. You will for instance experience traditional Balinese ceremonies, while at Kura Kura you can enjoy Balinese massages and healing sessions on request. You’ll also have time to plan your own (half-)day trip, which we are most happy to advice and suggest you upon.
