Our bodies are amazing machines they move us from one place to another giving us the ability to do and accomplish amazing things. There are times when things don’t go as planned and pain and discomfort begin to creep in. Moving freely and easily must come from a place of being supported and
basic understanding of where that support begins. Creating this base of support comes from understanding of the way the pelvis supports the spine. In this workshop we will explore the major muscle groups of the hips, thighs, low back and the core to bring a new understanding to the way in which we move in this world.

Sometimes is seems as if the weight of the world is on our shoulders. This weight can feel like strain in the neck, tension headaches or upper back tightness. Pain and strain in the upper back can be from many causes from looking at a computer all day to simple tasks around the house. To help you connect to this space some special attention is needed to relieve tension. Come explore this space in the upper back to find relief from pain
