Full Description

We hope you can join us for this exciting collaboration between Eva Mohn and Sarah Baumert. We are both excited to share our knowledge with new and continuing students. We will come together for a weeklong yoga retreat in sunny Chacala, Mexico to rest and restore after a long winter. On retreat, we will experience daily classes in yoga, meditation, as well as luxuriating in the sunshine and support of the Mar de Jade's pristine eco-friendly environment. Mar de Jade is located just outside of the small town Chacala, a peaceful fishing village, part of the beautiful coastline known as Riviera Nayarit. Riviera Nayarit is known for its beautiful coastline, spectacular beaches, and as being one of the best birding locations in Mexico!

Eva will offer meditation sessions, experiential anatomy yoga classes, and share her wisdom of how the yogic lifestyle can support any body.

Sarah will offer her slow-alignment flow classes and teach Yin/Restorative yoga to help prepare your body and mind for seated meditation, walking meditation, or just relaxing on the beach.

Typical day on retreat: Yin/Restorative yoga to prepare for meditation sessions, active asana practice, experiential anatomy, discussion, shared meals, personal time for integration and reflection.
