Sundays at 8am for the Month of May 2019
In this mindfulness-based meditation class we will use movement, music, mudras, pranayama (breath), and mantras to bring our attention to the present moment. All experience levels and ages welcome. We will accommodate your mobility (you don't have to sit cross legged)
Cost: Karma class (suggested donation of a minimum of 5.00 with proceeds going to a local Women & Trauma Group.).
