200 Hours Yoga Teachers Training (multi-style)
Price: 1350 USD(shared) 1500 USD(private)
(Including Single room accommodation and meals.)
Dates: Every 15’Th of the month to 12 of the next month.
This course is suitable for those yoga aspirants who want to learn for self and want to teach yoga. In this course we focus on:
Asanas: The students will practice more than 100 asanas and teacher will explain the method of doing asana, its benefits, contraindication and alignment of asana and how to correct while in asanas. Also, there will be a lecture on the theory of asanas.
Pranayama: there will the one-hour practice of different pranayamas (breathing techniques of yoga) every day which will include tradition pranayama as well as modifications of pranayamas. This is one of the famous class taught at our yoga school in Rishikesh with one of the most experienced teachers in Rishikesh. There will be a theoretical lecture on pranayamas we well to explain physiology and philosophy of pranayama.
Detoxification (kriya): 200 hrs courses also includes different cleansing techniques to increase healing prana of the body. Kriyas are therapeutic in nature and help in the treatment of different psychosomatic disorders. These include Jala neti, suta neti, dauti, sankhpkshalena, kunjala kriya, trataka, and kapalabhati. There will focus on practice as well as an explanation of their philosophy and anatomy and physiology.
Meditation: Meditation is the real begging of inner journey in yoga. There will be one hour class every day for practice different kinds of meditation techniques also lecture on to explain meaning, purpose, benefits and physiology and philosophy of meditation.
Teaching Methodology: the principles of teaching will help the student teachers to bring out the real teacher. There will be a lecture on lesson planning, characteristics of a good teacher, evolution of teaching and other different aspects of teaching and learning. Every student who willing to be a teacher has to teach few classes and observe how to teach.
Multi-style: We have competence in all kind of yoga styles like Hatha Yoga, Sivananda Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Power Yoga, Flow Yoga, and a lot more. Hatha yoga is a style which balances, body, mind, and energy. It is a slow and stretching type. Ashtanga Vinyasa is a charismatic flow of poses, utjjai breathing, bantha and dristi and base for power and flow yoga. After finishing the course student will able to teach all above styles after graduation.
