Sign up for 6 week block or try a Drop In Class.
You might want to come along try the class, meet new Mum's see what The Barn is like, how long it takes to get there if it's suitable for you and baby.

Class starts at 10.45am, but feel free to arrive early, we'll have the kettle on for you arriving. There is time afterwards for more tea, chats, changing and feeding.

This Postnatal Yoga class will be focussed on YOU as a new Mum to rebuild and support your body as it heals, repairs and continues to support your baby.

Rebuild your core strength and reduce fatigue with a simple yoga practice that will leave you feeling more at home in your body and give it the time, rest and support it needs during this transition as a new mum.

+ No need for childcare as your baby can come with you
+ Have a support of other new Mums
+ Bond and share special moments with your baby

Babies from 6 weeks to 9 months are welcome. This class offers a focus on yoga for women to help strengthen and recover post-birth with some baby yoga moves to keep the little ones involved and happy while you exercise.

Only 8 spaces in each class. Twins are welcome too at no extra charge.
