This all day workshop on Saturday will introduce the concept of whole-body interconnectedness by a large web-like network of fascial structures, from our toes to our nose.
You will learn how to improve your movement by opening these myofascial lines using mobilizers and Self-Myofascial Release (SMR) techniques! Crucial to healthy movement and in understanding how to prevent or heal pain and dysfunction.
UPPER BODY CONNECTION - Sun pm
This half day workshop will explain why wrist, elbow and shoulder pain can plague one’s movement and also give solutions of how to overcome these niggling injuries through proper alignment, movement and release techniques.
We will take an in-depth look at the myofascial arm lines and also biomechanics of the whole upper kinetic chain and how these areas affects movement.
TUNE YOUR BODY - Sun pm
This half day workshop will further your knowledge of whole-body interconnectedness; how the myofascial lines are crucial to healthy movement and how to train these lines safely and effectively. Our bodies are 3-dimensional, why not train and move in 3-dimensions?
This workshop will teach you how to apply principles of fascial fitness to our bodies using movement and mobilizers to move and feel in everything that you do!
