Relieve pain, soothe tightness and massage your body with this myofascial workshop!

Myofascial yoga is a therapeutic yoga practice of simple stretches and movements followed by application of fascial release techniques. This aims to soothe areas of tension, tightness and discomfort in the body by using the wonderful massaging effect of tennis balls.

Join us for a 2-hour workshop teaching you to self-massage your fascia (connective tissue) resulting in improved range of mobility, reduction of inflammation, increased hydration of your cells along with an incredible sense of peace and rejuvenation. You will increase blood flow, improve muscle range, maintain functional muscular length and encourage movement of your lymphatic systems.

Margaret will provide you with a peaceful and powerful practice of myofascial yoga therapy as a great way to relieve pain throughout your body and mind.
