MYOGA FOR PERI & MENOPAUSAL WOMEN

Passionate to create a world where women gracefully move through life practicing yoga and feeling awesome. Women are challenged with hot flashes, anxiety, low libido, mental crazies, weight gain and insomnia because they don’t know what to do to help you ready to empower yourself, create ease in your life, love and accept yourself and cherish yoga and sensual ritual?

I’ve created a wicked workshop called MYoga for Peri & Menopausal Women. It’s all about stimulating your endocrine system to release hormones for your wellness & sanity.

You will learn some kick-asana practices (don’t let that scare you), meditation, visualization, self-reflection, dietary guidelines, essential oils and useful lifestyle tips.

It’s about letting go, learning to love your body and knowing your mind. It’s about you, your needs, your heart, and your fabulous goddess self. Also: there’s laughing & downtime.
