This supportive workshop will provide practical information on asana practice, dietary guidelines, essential oils and other useful lifestyle tips for menopausal workshop is designed to educate and empower women to look at this transition in their lives to really commit to who they want to be and how they want to live.

Yoga experience is preferred.
