MYoga for Peri & Menopausal Women

Celebrate living a healthful and fulfilling life throughout your peri & menopausal transition.

Curious about how yoga will support you during this phase (age btw 35-55 usually)?

Explore ways to shift perspective and serve your innate wisdom. Learn transformative yoga tools to minimize some of the challenging aspects of peri & menopause, like insomnia, hot flashes, agitation, anxiety, low libido and weight gain.

It’s all about stimulating your endocrine system to release hormones for your wellness & sanity.

You will learn some kick-asana practices (don’t let that scare you), meditation, visualization, self-reflection, dietary guidelines, essential oils and useful lifestyle tips.

It’s about letting go, learning to love your body and knowing your mind. It’s about you, your needs, your heart, and your fabulous goddess self. Also: there’s laughing & downtime.

Claim your spot at a MYoga 2014 workshop.

This workshop is designed to educate and empower women to look at this transition in their lives to really commit to who they want to be and how they want to live.

minimum 6 months previous Yoga experience preferred.

We have the strange idea, unsupported by any evidence, that we are loved and admired only for our superb strength, our far reaching powers, and our all-knowing competency. Yet in the real world, no matter how many relationships may have been initiated by strength and power, no marriage or friendship has ever been deepened by these qualities. After a short erotic honeymoon, power and omnipotence expose their shadow underbellies and threaten real intimacy, which is based on mutual vulnerability.
