You will learn some kick-asana practice (don’t let that scare you), meditation, visualization, self reflection, dietary guidelines, essential oils and useful lifestyle tips.

It’s about letting go, learning to love your body, know your mind. It’s about you, your needs, your heart, and your fabulous goddess self. Also: there’s laughing & downtime.
