Nature Yoga Fusion
Come participate in a new experiment in blending the ancient techniques of strengthening and limbering the body through yoga for the body's intended purpose of living intentionally with the land and opening us up to our deepest sense of belonging.

Nature Yoga!! Our bodies are born designed to be comfortable, strong and flexible so we can interact with our environment with energy curiosity and joy. Then our dexterous toes and active arches are shoved into tight arch supporting shoes and we are constrained to walk on concrete in straight lines and sit in chairs and desks and cars most of the time.
