Nature Yoga Walks Luxembourg
A new season of nature yoga walks! Each walk has its own character, designed to integrate the specific outdoors environment with a yoga practice.
Venues differ every time. No previous yoga experience necessary (but that doesn't mean you won't get a good :)

Let's bring mindfulness into the yoga practice and turn our attention outwards, to be in nature, work our bodies, and perhaps meet some cool people too.
A yoga walk is good for the heart, increases stamina, builds extra muscle, brings happiness and calmness through connecting with nature through all the senses, and is great for meeting new people!
The walks last about 2-3 hours, and include a guided walk plus yoga practice along the way.
