We will explore what is implicit in a new beginning – and that is an ending. An ending of what has gone before and also, at some point, the ending of that which is new at the moment.
Asanas (postures), Pranayama (breath awareness), Yoga Nidra (profound relaxation) will all be used to help understand and embody these concepts.
Anatomy, Yoga texts and discussions will also be used as appropriate.
Suitable for anyone with a basic yoga practice.
