New Dynamic Vinyasa Yoga Class
New Drop-In class is aimed at beginners to intermediate level and will be Ashtanga based Dynamic Yoga combined with Pranayama (breathing technique) and short meditation. By attending this class regularly, you will find yourself becoming stronger, balanced both physically and mentally and feeling energized.
