Full Description

During this retreat, Meghan lovingly guides you toward delving deeply into your heart's wisdom and reconnecting to the ever-present source of divinity.

Through daily yoga practice, meditation, pranayama, self-inquiry, and contemplation of inspired writings, this week will prepare you to return home and begin 2015 clear, nourished and content.

Hidden in a coconut forest, and moments away from the beach, Samata Holistic Retreat Centre, is a perfect place to soak up India's powerful healing energy. You can also enjoy one of Samata's Wellness Center diverse healing modalities and clinical applications including a wide-range of massages, Ayurveda, and Tibetan Medicine.

With two restaurants on site run by top-class international chefs, you can indulge in 100% Vegan and Organic dishes, as well as lavish seafood and meat dinners if you so desire. In between meals, there is always a bountiful selection of fruit, snacks, tea/coffee, and coconuts in the communal kitchen available for you around the clock.

There will be a generous amount of free time to enjoy optional group activities so that you can take in the beauty and wonders of Mother India during Goa's best season. Nature hikes; temple visits; shopping in the colorful markets, or blissing out on Goa's sunny, long sandy beaches, are just some of the other activities you can pursue during the retreat.
