New Year Flowing Yoga Day with Hazel
Small group with varied programme of asana, sequences, relaxation, pranayama and meditation.

Moving into 2016 we open Anaharta, the heart centre we explore the quality of compassion. We set our attention to ourselves with kindness and forgiveness. We encourage deeper breath and calm mind with flowing sequences and explore how the soft and strong compliment our posture work. Relaxation and meditation rounds of the
Yoga workshop, handouts included. Hot and cold drinks included but please bring light lunch to share.
The day includes flowing sequences, and some pair-work to develop asanas. Time for full lead relaxation with pranayama and meditation. Handouts to compliment the day. You need to have some experience of yoga but modifications and harder or easier options to work at your level.
