Need more Energy? Looking for Balance? Want to Curb
those Cravings? Need to Detox? Learn how to achieve
all of these things! We will share valuable tools in which
to build a healthy life so that you can look and feel your
best. We will teach you how to fuel your body to combat
the everyday stresses life throws at us while providing
some simple and easy options to help you get a fresh
start to creating an even better you from the inside out!
Discover the connection between food and aging while
learning some simple ways to release and protect your
body against toxins, increase your energy, and start to
feel great! Learn how to create a strong foundation for
lasting change that is both real and sustainable WHILE
being supportive, inspiring, delicious, and fun!
As a bonus, we will also have samples of healthy
nutritional products to help make positive, more
convenient changes to your health all while being
100% vegetable based and gluten free!

The yoga class that follow the healthy living portion of the workshop will focus on a detoxifying and renewing through vinyasa (movement) and asana (postures). Pranayama (breathwork) will also be implemented to clear the mind and refresh the body and soul!
