Intention is different to a resolution, which comes from fear and a sense of being somehow ‘not enough’. Your intention goes deeper- to the heart of who you really are and what you truly want.
This workshop will be a combination of asana, meditation and pranayama designed to cleanse, detoxify and renew you- body, mind and spirit, giving you a strong foundation and a clear direction for the year ahead.
You’ll finish with deep relaxation to unwind, let go and reset after the excesses of the festive season.
And take home strategies to help you bring your intention into your everyday life, replacing struggle with an easier way of living.
