New Year's Eve 108 Sun Salutations

Join the teachers of North Texas Yoga as they lead you in an inspiring practice to close out 2015! Afton, Cheryl, Lacey, and Laura will each be leading you through this moving meditation. If you've never attended a 108 sun salutation event, you'll be amazed by the energy when we move together in this practice! We'll finish with a relaxing guided savasana and a sparkling cider toast to 2016! Registration is required for this event (treated as a normal class, free for unlimited members or 1 class pass/$15 for guests) Register online or by calling the studio. Class is from 9:00 - 10:45 am.
