Allow yourself to be guided through pranayama techniques and gain access to your higher consciousness and dive deeper into your true self. Pranayama is an ancient breathing technique used to lighten the body, calm the mind and connect you to the present. Take time, slow down and listen. You may be surprised by what you hear.
The two daily yoga practices will include a morning practice for waking up the body, stretching and moving slowly with consciousness. The evening practice is for strengthening the physical body, invigorating the breath, flushing out stagnant energy.
Our farm in Amiata is a perfect place for meditation, rest, reflection and discovery. Join us in the yoga studio surrounded by natural wilderness reserves, away from the noise and lights of city life. Enjoy adventures in the afternoon to nearby ancient thermal baths, vineyards and walks through the forests.
