Nourish in Nature Late Summer Retreat
Join me for a week in the late summer Portuguese sun, September 1 - 7, when the temperatures can still be very warm. This retreat will be a light hearted, fun yoga retreat in a stunning, secluded valley in the centre of Portugal. The maximum group number is ten, allowing for an intimate and non-competitive retreat experience.

Twice daily Yoga with Fiona, six nights accommodation, two hearty whole food meals per day plus snacks. Swimming pool, en-suite rooms, affordable retreat in the heart of Portugal.
Allow yourself to be Nourished by Nature on this late summer yoga retreat with Fiona. While keeping the mood friendly, light and non-competitive, the retreat will allow practicioners to dive deep into their practice and is suitable for all levels. Everyone is welcome. All ages, shapes and sizes.
Twice daily Yoga with Fiona, dynamic morning classes including vinyasa, asana, pranayama. Late afternoon classes including restorative practice, yoga nidra and meditation.
Six nights accommodation at the beautiful Quinta da Flores, twin share and single occupancy, en-suite rooms, salt water swimming pool, stunning gardens and surroundings, waterfalls and river running through the property.
Freshly prepared delicious home cooked meals every day using as many organic ingredients as possible from our own gardens.
Transfer to and from the local bus station.
Fire day night closing around the fire pit.
Optional extras, massage, kayaking, walks, swimming.
Early morning - fruits and cereals available for those who desire it
8.30-10am - Morning dynamic yoga class, asana, vinyasa and pranayama.
10.30am - Hearty brunch served including grain porridges, chia bowl, fruit platters, toast, homemade breads, marmalade and jams,local honey, local cheeses, eggs and omelettes, selection of herbal teas, green and black tea and coffee.
Morning time for swimming, walking, or other activities, exploring retreat centre, optional massage, kayaking river trips etc
3 pm - Afternoon snacks, fruit breads, smoothies, energy balls etc
5 - 6.30pm : Afternoon yoga, restorative yoga, yoga nidra, meditation.
7pm : Evening meal, examples of - vegetarian and vegan lasagna, moussakka, Keralan curry, Thai curry, Spicy Aubergine with lemony potatos, all meals served with salads or steamed vegetable side dishes.
Friday night extra wine served with evening meal, followed by closing the week around the fire pit.
