Join me for this grounding & rejuvenating retreat to explore the peak of autumn in the country!
Located just a few hours from Boston, we'll stay at this beautiful inn with your choice of a shared room or staying in the spacious loft area. We'll have a private chef cooking three gourmet meals a day with all local food.
Our retreat will open Thursday with dinner and a special outdoor fire pit puja ceremony. Each day will include an energetic morning yoga practice (Vinyasa & Kundalini), optional hiking with a forest/waterfall meditation and an evening chill yoga practice (Restorative & Yin). You'll have plenty of time to relax in the steam shower, soak outdoor hot tub or maybe get a soothing massage. We'll also have a special African dance class offered during one afternoon to warm the body and the spirit! Our retreat will end around noon on Sunday, giving you plenty of time to make your way back home.
This is a retreat that you can choose to do as little or as much as you want, taking time to truly nourish your mind, body & soul. It's open to all levels of practitioners.
