3 hour afternoon 'mini retreat'
Calming yoga practices using bolsters to allow support and safe opening in the physical body to help ease tension on a physical and emotional level. Mindful yoga movement with breath attention and inner guidance attunement. Yogic hand mudras, chanting, pranayama (breath work). Guided visualisations to align our energy with expansive peace and connection to the earth energies, helping raise our frequency.
This is a deeply restful, meditative, healing experience where you can expect to leave feeling inner nourishment , grounded in your body, open and at ease.
