You will be part of a small group (max 12) staying in luxury villas that are set in a simply stunning location, high on a hill in Lefkas, overlooking the Ionian islands of Ithaka and Kefalonia. The views are breathtaking!
Each villa has 3 bedrooms, all ensuite and some with jacuzzi baths or showers, a very comfortable living space, a fully fitted kitchen and upper and lower sun terraces with plenty of space to chill and take in the stunning view. Each villa also has its own private pool and sun loungers.
There is a newly constructed and dedicated Yoga shala that opened in May 2015. Gina's retreats have exclusive use of the shala and the view from your mat is mega!
There is a structure to the week to help you feel held and supported but the emphasis is very much on going with the flow so timings for meals and Yoga can fluctuate according to how you feel, the weather and the moment.
Gina is a very warm and nurturing teacher and her daily programme is about care, support and making you feel at home on retreat. It's your Yoga time on the mat each day and you will progress with Gina's Yoga to take you deeper into what matters for you when you are practising. It's not about the perfect pose but your attitude to how you arrive in posture and everything is always ok no matter how you feel on the day. Be you, thats all Gina asks.
Join us on retreat in May 2016 in Lefkas. You will be very welcome.
