Nuts and Bolts – Refine Your Practice through Breath, Movement and Proper Alignment **All Levels**
Yoga is about feeling an interconnectedness with all things and beings; yoga is being at one with yourself and at one with the Universe around you. Finding bliss and feeling at one with yourself comes easier when practicing breath synchronized movement and proper body alignment during physical yoga practice.

Gail Gerson and Bethany Kibblesmith’s workshop, Nuts and Bolts, will not only teach participants how to connect their breath with their movement but they will spend time breaking down various yoga poses to their very basic "nuts and bolts" helping students identify their own proper alignment in various poses. Gail and Bethany will review the most common yoga poses and sequences taught in yoga classes today.

By the end of this workshop, participants will have a complete understanding of yoga, hatha vinyasa and various foundational postures found in common yoga classes today. Gail and Bethany will teach students how to be able to make their own adjustments and advancements in their personal practice as well.

This workshop is recommended for Beginner and Intermediate students, and is a great refresher for more Advanced yogis.
