This retreat is offering plenty of Asana practice range: Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Hatha
Meditations: Yoga Nidra, Sounds bath including Gong and singing bowls, Japa Mala and Zen walks
Mindfulness talks and Kirtan chanting meditation
All at a grand manor house with gorgeous rooms and land.
Our vegan chef will make plenty of great meals and snacks.
