"Old habits die hard" and creating life changes
To follow on from my Tedx
On Saturday 9th May I'm holding a yoga day on the same subject.
So if you found my talk helpful, interesting or you would just like to learn more about this sticky subject, then this day for you.
Type of Event
We will start with grounding and relaxing somatics and breathing practices.
Then most of the morning will be spent exploring how yoga asanas help us to connect with ourselves at a deep level and develop our ability change.
The afternoon will begin with an enquiry into the parts of ourselves and the things that we fell we want to change. "Why do we want to change and why it is so hard to change?".
Then the second half of the afternoon will be spent in physical practices to find practical and possible ways to create change.
This day will be challenging at times both physically and emotionally. But it will also be a lot of fun, deeply relaxing and rewarding too.
