You will learn:

1. an introduction to the skills of mindful eating
2. how to identify eating patterns and triggers
3. strategies to address mindless eating
4. how to recognize internal hunger cues
5. mindful eating and awareness-based meditation practices

*A guided mindful meal concludes the program. Please mention any food allergies at time of registration.
