Floor exercises to improve posture and flexibility of the spine, neck and shoulders. Bring along a pool noodle or bath towel. A few pool noodles will be available to purchase at workshop. Mats are provided or bring your own.
Location is education room 17 in the Rangiora hospital's new addition. Registration essential as limited space. No dropins.
Part 1 is 9:30-11am. A short tea/snack break then Part 2, Lower Body workshop, to follow this workshop, 11:30-1pm. Reduced fee if attending both classes.
Then there is a free community class Yoga Nidra, 1:15-2pm.
