Full Description

Arm Balances Workshop (Feb 21, 2-4pm) -- Learn how to create a strong foundation for your arm balances! In this workshop we'll go through the mechanics of arm balances like bakasana (crow pose), astavakrasana (eight-angle pose), eka pada koundinyasana I/II, and more!! All levels welcome!

Inversions Workshop (Feb 28th, 2-4pm) -- Get ready to get on those hands and get upside down!! In this workshop we will go over the proper set up and flight into inversions. Here we will take time to practice sirsansana (headstand), pincha mayurasana (forearm stand), and adho mukha vrkasana (handstand). You'll also learn exercises to help you build the strength you need to really make progress in your inversion practice! All levels welcome!

Backbends Workshop (March 7th, 2-4pm) -- Practice back flexibility and learn the proper form and alignment to safely get in and out of those backbends! In this workshop we will warm up the spine and show you not only how to do the backbends, but how to do them most efficiently and safely. All levels welcome!
