One month Beginner Level Course
Guided those students wishing to experience yoga with little or no experience and who have been wanting to learn the benefits of yoga.
Type of Event
2 classes per week on Mondays and Wednesday, 75-90 minutes per class for detailed beginner level postures, pranayama, and meditation
75-90 minutes starting with breathing exercises, followed by class teaching alignment for all body types in the beginner level postures.
Ending in relaxation and meditation.
