1. Asana practice
Classes based on Hatha Vinyasa Yoga
Yoga Energy: Morning practices more Energising (starting from simple standing sequences then forward bends, extensions, twists, inversions)
Yoga Relax: Evening practices Calming (restorative postures)
HA – SUN THA-mooon YOGA (balancing practice)

Why to practice Yoga? What styles of Yoga are there? Explain the yoga tree.
What are the benefits?
Starting from the most visible part – BODY
Getting to know your physical body better, parts of the body, basic anatomy and correct alignment.
Connect to your Energetic body with sessions of asana practice, energetic anatomy, and pranayama (breathing exercises)
What is Energy (Prana)? Where does it come from? How can we make the Prana flow better through our bodies and minds ?
NADIS – Main Energy channels.
CHAKRAS – brief explanation of main 7 chakras (energy centres)
Investigate thenature of the mind through the guided meditation sessions, philosophy of Yoga and pranayama.
Introduce 3 most important Yoga sutras of Patanjali.
