* The live sessions are held over Zoom

* Online questions and answers on psychosomatic stress symptoms
* GIFT: tutorial presentation on psychosomatic stress symptoms and the power of resilience
* High experience in Systemic Psychotherapy, Neutolinguistic Programming and Non Directive Intervention

Tools required
Computer, Zoom application, and reliable internet for live sessions.
Four 40 minutes online classes of remedial Mindfulness and NLP through guided visualization. Held on Wednesdays 13th of May, 20th of May, 27th of May and 3rd of June, at 7.00 in th evening Greenwich Mean Time.
