The heart governs our capacity for love, peace, joy, delight, compassion, and forgiveness. Through Meridian Yoga and Yoga Nidra, come join us to release any fear, guilt, and pain that may be blocking your heart from achieving its highest level of abundance that already awaits inside of you.
We will spend the first portion of this workshop going through a gentle series of Meridian Yoga poses that focus on opening and stabilizing the heart pathway. Using acupressure point stimulation while holding poses to activate the heart channel to a higher realm.
After Meridian Yoga, lie back, supported, while you are guided through Yoga Nidra—or “deep yogic sleep”—meditation. Yoga Nidra operates solely on the levels of listening and feeling, as your body relaxes through several layers of consciousness, bringing a profound restorative effect to your mind, freeing your heart blockages.
