Backbends are energising poses which open the heart, shoulders and the idea of what is possible. This workshop will breakdown the basic alignment to keep your back happy in any backbend. We’ll work with the basics along with postures that are rarely seen in flow classes. We will move through a variety of foundational yoga poses with a focus on backbends & finishing the class with a deep relaxation. We spend time learning and breaking down the poses and techniques which keep our practice healthy, challenging, fun, educational and safe.
