Learn to strengthen, stretch and access the muscles of the shoulder girdle so you can work safely in classic poses such as Down Dog and Chattaranga. Try more challenging, fun poses within the safety net of the workshop.

Forrest Yoga is a strong, modern style developed by Ana T. Forrest. Learn to access the muscles of your upper back, your "Birdwings" in order to strengthen and heal the shoulders and neck. Breathe into your shoulder girdle to soften and release long-held patterns of tension. Open and release the back of the heart and support your personal transformation! Apex poses will include options for arm balances, backbends and inversions.
