Full Description

Balancing the morning practice are Yin Yoga afternoons - a slow and deep form of yoga, melting into each pose. She also incorporates Pranayama, Meditation, Chakra work and Yoga Nidra into the afternoon classes.

On this holiday there will be a fertile, open space for rejuvenation and transformation lovingly nurtured by Irana Ji An as well as a light and fun atmosphere.

IranaJI An Yoga is an upbeat and creatively flowing style of vinyasa yoga that feels energizing, therapeutic and challenging. All levels will be able to find their place in the flow, learning to engage with their breath, enabling it to guide them through a comfortable practice.

Practical and intelligent, Irana’s yoga is deep yet accessible to all from inquisitive beginners to those further along the path!

Yoga classes are in English language. Daily morning practice 3 hr( 9:00hs -11:00hs) and evening practice 2 hr
( 18:00-20:00hs).

Yoga sessions are breath inspired meditative and rejuvenating practices(solar-lunar) .The emphasis of the class is on alignment, breath and meditation. In every class we flow creatively through sequences of Vinyasa to create full body transformation; strength and fluidity, circulation and centering. Chakra bodywork, Pranayama and meditation and Mantra are integrated within the practice.

Mats and other props used are available; you don’t need to take anything with you.

Group Nature Walks will be scheduled during the retreat.
