Join Jeanette Wetherell and Chris Granath on November 21st from 2-4pm for an all levels Partner Yoga workshop. This workshop is a great opportunity to learn the fundamentals of Partner Yoga, while building trust and communication skills. This workshop will begin with a short vinyasa flow to open the back, hips and hamstrings. Followed by basic partner yoga exercises to connect to your partner and to open the body in new ways. Followed by the basics of Acro Yoga which involves getting into the air and upside down! Class will end with some relaxing Thai Yoga Massage techniques between you and your partner to prepare the body for a blissful savasana. All levels are welcome, no prior experience with Partner Yoga is necessary.
