Partners of all types are welcome to participate in this class that will ask you to share your balance and strength with another. This class gives us a chance to connect deeper with a loved one and see each other in a new perspective all while nurturing our own hearts.
Experience the peaceful energy of yoga with someone you love. We will practice asana, pranayama and meditation with a partner in the Principle Based Partner Yoga approach.
The benefits of attending the Partner Yoga Class is to play with a loved one and asanas in a new way that challenges communication and teamwork therefor strengthening the bond of relationship. You should attend this class if you are seeking a new and fun way to practice yoga and incorporate a loved one to share it with.
No prior yoga experience is needed, just an open mind and heart.
