Partner Yoga is a mixture of Acro Yoga and Adjustment based Yoga where two people work together to either deepen a pose or make it more playful.
Type of Event
Partner Yoga helps us learn to deepen our asana in connection with others. We have to learn to communicate and feel the energy of the other person in order to invite openness, patience, communication and balance. You will work more deeply into each pose to get that "ahhh" feeling. We will also include some Acro Yoga which is a mixture of acrobatics and yoga poses.
You are welcome to bring a friend, family member or just come on your own and make a new friend.
Note- it is NOT sexual and you do not need to come with a person you are romantically involved with.
