With undivided and loving attention, journey through this partner workshop together using:
*Breath & gentle yoga
*Thai yoga massage techniques (think assisted stretching and gentle massage)
*Meditation to openly and deeply connect with your partner
Leave feeling relaxed and with that post-savasana glow, while creating more open lines of communication and affection for your special someone.
Post class, enjoy golden milk (vegan) and cacao nib almond meal cookies (GF). YUM. No prior yoga or massage experience is required.
Please note: This class is designed for couples. You may bring a friend, but know that it's more intimate. Acro-yoga will not be a component of this workshop.
