Partner yoga allows us to share the often very individual practice of yoga with others, and through this unique practice, students are encouraged to explore communication, trust, and playfulness through movement. This 6-week workshop series will introduce students to the fundamentals of partner yoga, including therapeutic partner postures, partner acrobatics and elements of Thai massage. Starting with the basics, each week will incorporate a different category of partner postures to help students safely progress and build on the previous classes. Bring a partner, loved one, family member, or friend! All levels welcome.
These classes are being offered in a series due to their progressive nature. Participants will see greater benefits from these classes when attending the entire series of classes as opposed to dropping in to one or more. That being said, we do welcome drop ins for these classes if there is space available after the class start date. Pre-registration is recommended.
