Pathway to the Guru Within; practical supported journey towards Inner Peace and stillness
You are invited to join us in a series of 2 workshops to work on changing your vision.
The key discipline used in many spiritual traditions to open the gates of perception is the mastery of constant gazing, or as named in the sacred teachings of Kundalini Yoga - the science of Traatik. We will gather to use breathing techniques which will settle, calm and cleanse our body and mind. Then we will move on to practice Yoga Kriyas to prepare ourselves for meditation and the practice of Tratakam.
Type of Event
A series of two workshops on the 7th and 21st of March. Workshop one is open to all at all levels of experience. Workshop 2 is open to those who took part in the first one or who have some experience in the practice of Kundalini Yoga and / or other practices of yoga and meditation.
£65.00 for one workshop or £110 for both
